Casa Boix (Teotico - Crespo House) Built in 1890's by Architect Juan Hervas, in the Neoclassical Style, it was inherited by the Jesuits from its original owner. After the World War II, Boix House was put into adaptive reuse with printing press at the ground floor and dormitory at the second floor that was fittingly renamed as Manuel Luis Quezon Dormitory because it is said that the future Commonwealth President stayed here while studying Law at University of Sto. Tomas. Today, it is home to informal settlers who have partitioned the grand house into separate living quarters. Sayang
