Very hesitant to get a massage (who isn’t these days right?) but the place was very bright and clean. I even see them change the sheets and hear them spraying disinfectant all over the place. The receptionist was also very accommodating. I wasn't sure at first if i wanted a package or just the massage. She asked me a couple of questions re: what i was feeling, what i want done etc. from there, she made a suggestion on which type of massage to get. Im glad I listened to her (seriously). The massage part was great. I had this horrible aching shoulder and back. The receptionist had told the therapist about it already and I didn't really have to say anything. Best part, I came off the massage table feeling refreshed with all the aches gone (no BS). Body and Sole Spa is one of those value for money kinda places. Reasonably priced yet the quality & standards of their massage & hospitality are second to none! Definitely my new go-to happy place! Please expect me more often.

Friedly staff. Clean place. Very value for money! Tried other spas that costs more but body and soul provides better massage at lesser cost. You'll leave the place happy and relaxed! Will come back for sure.

When you go to Body and Sole Spa please look for Ms Grace. She was very professional and she did an excellent job massaging me. She regularly checked in if the pressure was okay and she knew when to do it hard and when to do it soft. Above and beyond my expectations.

This is massage heaven in Manila. The experience is unforgettable. One of the best massages for an unbelievable price! The Full body 1 hour massage was incredible. The applied pressure was perfect. It felt amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have to come back for the body scrub next.

I booked an appointment for me and my mom and the spa delivered on everything. The massage was great, the ambience was great, the staff were nice and followed safety protocol for the pandemic. They disinfect before every customer and ask people to wash their hands first as they arrive. The staff were all very polite. At one point during our massage, both of the masseuses attending to me and my mom shushed a staff passing by. From that, I could tell they really value their work ethic and making sure the ambience is relaxing and peaceful for you. Their prices are also really great. My mom tells me she’ll be a regular customer now, and I’ll surely come back too.
