Took my passport for 3 months couldn't even schedule my interview date with the embassy. Very unorganized. I called 4 days in advance to let them know the exact day i was picking my passport up and cancelling the process since they were doing nothing. When i arrived to pick my passport up they still did not retrieve it from the embassy even tho they said they did. I had to wait til 7pm to get my passport. Over the 3 month duration they had my passport they would not answer phone calls unless you called 50x a day. Never replied to a single email. Refused refund. Not a professional agency at all!!!!

Office crew are approachable. The office is lil bit small for a visa processing establishment.

Though their process is quick, but my passport came back with ink stains. First time my passport got dirty with ink. Pure carelessness to whoever did the stains.

Place is a bit small but I was able to sot while waiting for my number to be called. They need to improve how they call those who will undergo boometrics as they are just calling names without the aid of sound systems and people might not hear when their name is called.

Thank you so much for the help to process my indian visa. It was easy, its just that it has to be 2 weeks before you travel when you apply. Easy to apply and the requirements are not much. Il be back by next year.
