Please be a little bit considerate of the applicants. You are already being paid conducting exams and interviews but for us applicants we try to make time for the screening without pay. I completed the exam and initial interview but after this you're going to tell me that the position was already closed but you still want an interview with the hiring manager. For what?! You can tell the applicants facebto face without bs or softening the blow. With that we can move on and apply to the next company. Next time try to hire a better recruiter (I hope its only the recruiter that sucks). They are on the frontline to screen those good and top notch candidates. If these kind of situations arises I can't even imagine what happens next to your company. Best of luck to you.
