Smooth loading time, Very cool and awesome fleets of Buses, due to it's good service and First Class experience, it's popularity boosted up and allows a lot of customers caming in and it sometimes became over crowded. Comfort rooms way kinda turns me off to use it. But still a great Company and had a very good service.

Most of their buses are well maintained and drivers are nice. Trips are on time. Booking online is also available and reliable.
The waiting area was clean ( because it was morning maybe). Restroom not clean. No soap no toilet paper. Bus is late of 1h. Even we booked it online. Bus is supposed to have restroom but it doesnt have. Driver is driving good.
Elite A (Peñafrancia) offers comfortable, soft leather seats with much space to stretch your feet. They also have a restroom on board for those who want to pee; with approximately 2 or 3 stopovers within the trip. WiFi is available. They also regularly check the number of passengers before leaving to make sure that no one is left behind. Kudos to Elite A (Peñafrancia) drivers and conductors! On the other hand, I did not have a good experience with their driver & conductor on the RSL aircon bus (non-CR) on one of our trips...so that's why I only gave 4 stars.. the RSL drivers (of the non-CR bus), were rude & inconsiderate. So my tip is to select your Bicol Isarog bus type and avoid their RSL buses. Elite A and Sleeper buses are the best!
I both the ticket at Araneta Bus terminal not knowing that the buses coming here. Nevertheless always had a nice trip.
A little crowded waiting lounge...but i like their online booking system...and most of their buses are new and clean..buses are with wifi...speed limited(80kph) for safety
I always booked a bus going to Naga. One time, my 8:30pm bus left me because I was late. I am thankful for my skybus bus operator because he let me ride with them. Kudos to Bicol Isarog Bus!
Easy and very accessible location because it is along the EDSA. The buses are very comfortable and very unique.
