I recently (Mar 3) purchased a set of glass sheets from this store. At the time I paid the items it was almost 5 pm and so i decided to pick it up the next day instead. I asked what's the best time to come back. They replied around 11 am would be best. Went there after 2 pm to be sure. But after waiting for more than 1 hour & to my dismay, they could not release my order. They are saying that the sheet could not be cut by a single person & wants me to go back before 5:30 pm. I got furiously mad at them since i wasted half of my day for nothing! I came back the next day & it seems nothing happened! I told them that they should change their system (process of releasing orders)!
