Whats wrong with this port? 1. The slow process of boarding the vessel with car or even just passengers. 2.fixers 3. Clean port but unorganize. You need to wait for 4 hours during its peak days like sunday. The worst thing is that I saw the how the bardge release the poops in their tanks in the port is that for real????

The port is spacious and clean. The ticket booth is located just outside the waiting area.

This facility does not know how to take care of its guests. I have no problem waiting for my queue number to be called. But, goodness! Do i have to wait for it under the sun? People can get heat stroke in this condition. The ticketing office can only accommodate those whose number/s have already been called. We had to scream for them to put up tents before they even thought of adding to the existing ones outside of the ticketing office. Hello Benoni port people! This should have been routine already every peak season. Why let your guests suffer in this midday heat?

The place is wide and clean. So spacious. Outside the port, there are no bothersome "fixers" and porters. There's a few pasalubong stalls. Inside, there's a place for the pasalubong stores. And two ticket windows. Getting inside the Passenger Terminal, there's a very relaxed security and an xray bag scanner. The seated waiting area is clean and brightly lit. The comfort rooms, though doesn't have "flush" is clean and not smelly AND IT'S FREE!

Horrible management and lazy staff. Long cues of people polite waiting. The porters working here make some extra money buying tickets for other people. Like 6 porters serving about 5 customers. The porters go just in front of the line directly at the cashier. It takes about 2 mins per ticket. So 5x6x2 1 hour extra waiting when you are in front of the line waiting for the porters. Longer if further in line. When you are to late cashier shuts booth and you can wait for the next ferry. With the risk happening the same. AVOID this port
