Beware this BDO is not a senior citizens friendly branch. These people from customer services loves rejecting client request for a new bank account. They would usually ask for additional requirements after complying when presented in the next visit they would again reject and ask for more which were not even mentioned before. When you comeback a new thing will come from their mind so tiresome for a senior citizens. Imagine we've spend money for their requirements to have at least an international remittance via cebuana or Western Union proof to process the kabayan savings account. After doing this they said we need more ID get this additional requirement.. WTF...
