Poorest service ever! I wish I can rate it zero. I have been a client of BDO Insurance Brokers Inc for years already and my renewal policy for Dec 2017 to Dec 2018 was erroneously done by people from this company despite of my payment of the premium before their deadline! In fact, they just emailed the certificate of cover today, Jan 22, 2018. I paid Dec 14, 2017! This is even just a RENEWAL! The wrong content of the certificate of cover emailed by the contact woman(personnel of BDO Insurance) of my BDO Branch (BDO Nicanor Roxas Br) states that the coverage is Php2M instead of my usual coverage for years of Php3M! She does not even have the time to inform/call me that she has a query that is why they are not processing my account! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! In addition, they sent system gen Renewal advice letters (3) despite of me paying already the premium! This incident caused anxiety to my father who just just checked out of Heart Center and he himself paid it in Nicanor Roxas branch! What a DISSERVICE to a valued client of BDO Nicanor Roxas Br. Ask their Manager to verify my facts.
