Super rude, bad attitude from staff today. I walked in smiling and greeted the guard, who remembers me, but the girls behind the counter seemed intent to ruin my day with their scowling looks, ignoring my hello, and would barely acknowledge me. Then told me I had to have my passport to receive western union and couldn't use my ACR card. Never been a problem before, even at this branch. No big deal, other than their lack of manners. I went to my hotel and retrieved my passport. Came back to more attitudes and cold treatment. I almost left right then. I tried to be patient with them anyways only to be told I couldn't receive my money because my middle name supposedly wasn't on the transaction (again, never been a problem anywhere, even this branch). They kept insisting that my first name is listed as two names on my passport (ludicrous, it's a first and middle name). If that's policy, fine, but not once did i get the friendly welcome, smile, or polite tone you expect from a customer service rep. Not sure why they don't like foreigners but I won't bring any kind of business to this place again and will tell my friends the same. Give some people a tiny bit of power and they think they don't have to be friendly even to customers...of course the next place I went completed my transaction with no problems or attitudes at all.
