The place is beautiful and perfect setting for garden wedding. Kubo Suites are like hanging on a cliff. Just be careful going down the resort it have very steep road and turns.

Attended a very intimate wedding here, i say the place is perfect for intimate events like this. Or family gatherings. The place is not really meant for big crowds. The place is located on the hill overlooking Taal lake, very picturesque. The facilities could use some improving though, especially the lighting on pathways leading to the kubos (there was none), and the bathrooms as well. It might not be a good idea to bring kids here, or the elderly. The roads are very steep so driving can be a bit tricky.

Its a great place for a quick getaway near the metro. A good scenic view of the Taal Lake/Volcano and good for nature lovers.

Romantic scenery, very relaxing place, beautiful rooms overlooking taal. High, uphill so better have a good vehicle when you go there. Yummy food. Snacks are already prepared inside our room. Kind and friendly staff. They have nice bath with heaters. Water in the pool is cold. Be extra careful driving at night because there are no light post on the road from Narra Hill to the highway going to Alfonso.

Recently attended the wedding of my niece at this place. To get to this place one has to pass rough and unfriendly roads. Though the car attendants readily assist all guests by arranging all Vehicles in a way that all cars can fit into the parking space, still it’s an effort before one can leave the place especially if you’re one of the few visitors to arrive. The place though breathtaking it’s never friendly especially to those who needs assistance in walking. Going to the cocktail area you will have to take several flights of stairs with just a handrail on one side. If you have more than a 100 visitors, the place has limited space for after dinner dancing. But with all that, the crew and staff made up for it for they’re all quick in serving the food even if it’s a sit down . Each table has assigned waiters and serving of food was well coordinated. Very courteous and accommodating. They refill water and wines in a bit. Food presentation was good plus the taste. They have clean restroom as well. They’re open up to 10pm only. And one has to be very cautious in driving especially at night since the road doesn’t have lamppost and not even any reflectors to assist the drivers. At least it was one beautiful wedding that was well attended.u

It's pretty much obvious that the place is good, it being rated 4 stars. It's good but not great, the reason for the 4 stars. Regardless of the rating, this is 1 of the best secluded places in Tagaytay. So if you're looking for a place that's serene and a little off the main road but still having a wonderful view of Taal, this should be perfect. You can choose between kubo-style or hotel style rooms. The hotel style rooms are a couple of grand more expensive and are accessible to the infinity pool, sauna, etc. We chose the kubo style room as it boasts privacy since it's pretty much on it's own building. The staff is great and so is the food. Be warned though, because strolling between kubos, reception area, and the hotel is pretty much a hike. Going in and out of Narra Hill requires your own vehice since there's no public transpo and the zigzags are really steep. Should you decide to go out at night, be sure to be back by 9pm since they start locking the gates and most of all you should have a pretty set of hefty head lights and fog lamps beacuse the zigzags are pitch black. Oh and yeah, it's only a few minutes away from Twin Lakes and Starbucks.
