Has a number of restaurants, a 24 hour fitness gym, a coffee shop, gadget store, a wellness shop, and of course, a terrible basement engineering wasting away the smart parking investment. Sedans and cross-over SUVs can easily be manuevered into the parking slot but SUVs and especially pick-up trucks will need a skilled driver to leave the vehicles unscathed. Even with a store validation, you need to shell out 20 pesos; that's the fee for taking the drivers' skills challenge in their two-level basement parking. :) Based on other reviewers' reaction, this place has become an attraction for its tight parking design.

It’s a nice building but parking in the basement truly was a pain in the you know what. People seated in the backseat had to get out before you park the car in the tiny slot because otherwise, they wouldn’t be able to get out at all. But I guess that’s better than no parking slots at all. Parking fee was 20 pesos if you have validation.

The parking is really atrocious. My friend's tires got a flat because the platforms are so narrow and the edges are sharp enough to pop the tires. I've also had a lot of difficulty parking because of the narrow spacing and you will really be prone to damaging your car with the parking spaces provided. It is as if the management deliberately designed the parking space to be this small to cut on costs.

Basement parking is terrible, only good for compact & subcompact cars. For small SUV, it’s not easy to maneuver. Parking not free even if validated by building establishment. I will never go back!

The absolute worse parking that I have ever experienced. 2 or 3 attempts to successfully park a car. Following the man who shall act as your guide to park the car. You will be unable to fully open your door to disembark or board. To exit. It is the same way because their parking has 2 forks and the forks are protruded. If you have trouble understanding what I mean. Try it out for a unique experience in parking misery. Add a 50pesos or 35 pesos parking validation and you truly deserve a one star. I can only imagine the inconvenience if there is more volume in vehicle traffic.

Aside from parking is an issue, the attitude of the parking attendants don't alleviate the experience. This building's admin needs to employ a 'friendlier' person.

Parking price is now 20, if I recall properly. However it is still a bit hard to park. Considering it offers a basment parking. It is good compared to other places I have been to without underground parking. With the price they let you pay for parking, It seems they may just be trying to pay for its operation costs.

Omg the guards don't want people to come and park! Would rather clients leave than be hassled. Worst. Guards. Ever.
