We had the place all to ourselves and I was awestruck by the woodwork and intricate carvings. I hope after this pandemic it can be fully utilised so more people can see and appreciate it. There were some mirrors that needed maintenance, and som cracks on the walls. That didn’t impact the overall impression of the place. It’s beautiful!

We love the place a lot, but they need to keep up the house keeping work and maintaining work. We don't have any towel and drinking water ever since we checked in. We called the front desk and waited for 3 hours but still no one had done our follow ups. My parents room was not totally cleaned. It seemed like the floor wasn't fully swept also.

Mesmerized by the wooden decorations. What we thought as paintings are actually woods crafting that put piece by piece like puzzles. I visited it in the daylight so inside it was a bit dimmed and dark. My camera phone cannot really takes the beauty because of lack of light. It would be very helpful if the management put some lights inside only to highlight statues, pictures, coloum and the authentic wooden decorations.

They just reopened after the pandemic lockdown, so it wasn't available for touring yet. This was simply the venue for the breakfast that came with our overnight package, and sadly -- again because of COVID -- the usual scrumptious buffet we were used to is no longer possible due to the health risks, and breakfast is now a plated affair. However, we know that the staff are doing their best given the situation.

Amazing views. Really appreciate the architecture and how they been preserving the buildings. Highly recommend to also ride the boat to explore around. Great place to bring your family and make fond memories.

Simply beautiful. Convention center. Not a hotel. However, the surrounding property as Las Casas offers hotel stays. I would stay next time.

I love how our Filipino artists did with the hotel. Though they just based it through old photos, it was so lovely to see the grandeur of the past
