New seaport terminal in Bacolod. There are limited food kiosk, so better have heavy meal before going here, light snacks available like dumplings and biscuits. Restroom clean. No wifi access yet. Purchasing tickets efficient as there are multiple cashiers per vessel. Boarding procedure also fast i just dont know if process still the same if peak season.
