During my visit there's a power outage in the whole building. People in the upper floors can't go down because there is no elevator service and it is too dark using the stairs.

Fast processing and friendly staff. They even have a photocopying machine on the spot for convenience. Parking is very limited though.

AAP is easy to find. It's along Aurora blvd, between Gilmore & Broadway. I think they have parking, but I parked at Savemore since I had to buy something in the supermarket after (and the parking is free). For those applying for IDP, I suggest you fill out the online application. It's what I did, & I was able to get my IDP in less than an hour. But you can also fill out the application form there, just bring the requirements as listed in their website (photocopy of license w/ OR, 2x2 ID pic, photocopy of OR/CR-optional).
