I am sure Dr Arambulo's service is quite excellent as I have really have not experienced it yet. I wanted to schedule a consult but was a bit turned off by a curt and almost unfriendly \Bettina\ who answered the phone. I have had consultations with Dr's in Toronto, Argentina and Thailand and the staff were always, always pleasant on the phone. I personally think the overall experience of the patient starts with the person on the other end of the line. Especially because the potential patient will really need some guidance and reassurance with any medical procedure. The 1 star rating is for the person who I spoke with on the phone and not for Dr. Arambulo's expertise.
Arguably, the country's best hair restoration clinic with professional and friendly staff that made my long and tedious procedure (a combination of FUT and FUE) not only bearable but fun. Doc Juliet was like a seasoned conductor who loves her work.
