I’m always requesting my receipt after I paid but the agents are not doing their job or the total group of this company. When the customers are asking for their receipt you should give what they want because it is their right to have the receipt.

Very bad service. Very very bad experience. They reach and communicate with you only during instances that they offer you for re-loan and on the deadline day of your monthly payment. But when you have payment problems with them, they can no longer be reached!!
