I rarely post negative feedbacks since we’re business owners too but I guess it’s necessary to point out for future customer transactions. We bought tiles from them since we were very specific with our tile selection & honest to say AIS so far have uptodate selections. It was a preorder transaction & we waited for moonths for it to arrive from Spain or wherever, & we’re fine with it. What was not fine with us is the communication between their staff and us. We had addtl orders after our first transaction, paid it, then rarely got an honest reply & even gave false reassurance of when shipment can commence. It is very frustrating that with such a small transaction, they are very hard to talk to. Our construction is delayed & no one is communicating with us with regards of our orders if its coming or not. Soo many paperworks behind the scenes, but on a customer’s perspective, we really dont care. All we want to know is an update & an honest commitment of when items will arrive to us. I don’t know, maybe they just brush us off since we are a small client to them, or I could be wrong.
