My wife contacted this law firm and asked if they will be able to review a contract and Statement of Account (SOA) for accuracy, as the SOA did not reflect our records and had an additional 1.4 million Php annotated. We were told that a consultation was necessary and paid 3,000 PHP. The lawyer was supposed to contact her, but had trouble dialling whats app and asked for her to call him. During the call, he actually asked her for 4000 more Php to send a letter to the vendor. Our questions were never answered and still had no clue what services he could provide. His focus should have been on our initial problem and not talking about needing more money when the current issue had not been addressed. She explained that this and he said just take a picture and send it and then send the money and he will send a letter. We again stated that we wanted him to do and that a picture would not be able to capture our receipts and the ie. This law firm is not professional by any means and we would like a full refund for wasting our time. We expected a exceptional level of professionalism and for our issues to be addressed. They were not. I would caution anyone seeking professional representation from this firm to due themselves due diligence, and seek a more capable firm for advice.
