Hi. I need to complain about the service of your staff member. I arrived at the shop 8:50 am. No one approached me to I informed the guy encircled in the photo that I would like to get my car washed. He nodded while looking at his phone. After 10 mins, I noticed he has not started. When I checked what he's doing, he's preparing his breakfast. This is the second time I experienced a bad service from you. The first time they overcharged me 180 for an SUV carwash when in fact it was only 130. I hope the management do something about this.
