Globe has been billing me not reflected of my current billing status. I just came from a lockdown from Australia. My OTP didn't work there. Based on my past exerience Globe locked my internet usage but continued to bill me. In extraordinary times, internet is the only way to communicate with my families and other agencies. Hey Globe! I may need you but you need me and your clients more.
