I've purchased from them previously back in November 2020 of a Connor Kenway figure I was DYING to get my hands on, and Anotoys had him in stock! Everything was in excellent condition and I received the package in a VERY timely manner, considering I'm located in the United States and they're located in the Philippines. Recently I had an accident with the figure while moving and needed to order a replacement. I was having difficulty with their website, but it was very little trouble as their customer service was VERY responsive, kind, and SUPER helpful. Now I await my second figure! Would highly recommend supporting this business.

Ordered an item listed as in stock. I reached out to get a quote on shipping. After 3 WEEKS of very little communication from Anotoys, I asked for a cancellation and refund only for them to tell me the item wasn't in stock anyway. Never did get a quote on shipping either. I also sent a few emails direct through their website and never got any response that way. I did eventually get a full refund but pretty poor customer service, especially considering the high end collectibles they deal in.

Had a really bad experience with their online site. I purchased an item but was eventually told that there was a glitch in the system and that the item was already out of stock. It took them several weeks to inform me that my order was to be cancelled and another month to get the refund. I requested if they can just transfer it to another bank account instead because i had my card cancelled but they still refunded it to my credit card. Now i need to coordinate with my bank. Not their fault though since i was the one who cancelled my credit card but maaaaaan it's such a haaassle.

Absolutely blown away with their service and quality of product. They have truly made my purchase pleasurable and help me get a grail pc of item in my hobby and collection. Truly great service and stuffs. Pricey for some items but absolute quality and trustable. Fast delivery. Never expected to find a hobby shop from Philippines let alone a top notch 1. Really astounded me. Plus they really have a great selection of past items and up to date with new pre-orders. I know what i'm talking about when it comes to toys purchases as i have stumbled bad and dishonest ones so you can be assured of these guys.
