Warning to all of you this agency is SCAM!!! They will not given or provide a replacement!!! I paid for 10k then the maid that i got just stayed for 2 months then she quit. Terrible !!! Dont trust Maricel!

Poor service! This agency won’t provide replacement as needed and as stated in the contract. The manager, Ms Maricel, won’t even entertain my calls. Her staff Helen would always say that the manager is not around. This agency is just after new recruits! Boo!!! I paid 10,000 for an old sitter who just worked for 2 months! What a scam!
Poor screening of yaya. I got a yaya from this agency and hit my child. So i went back and ask for a replacement. I paid for a replacement fee but they never replaced my yaya. No refunds. The personnel in the office has no initiative, no concerns but purely to earn money! I filed a formal complain with dti and dole which is taking so slow!
too long to get a substitute when the first one didn't worked out. And the replacement maid was a thief!
