Many shortcomings, disappointing for a Kandi Realty ! The first impression was great as the compound, buildings and unit looked nice but then many small and some big shortcomings we found out during our 2 week stay ! lets start with the big problems, NO GENERATOR, there was 1 time a blackout (brownout) for 20 hours and another one for 3 hours ! terrible and there were not even a emergency light inside the unit and during the blackout no water at nightime ! another big problem was the squatter neighbourhood in front of our 2 bedrooms, many barking dogs (even at night) and noisy people and children as soon the daylight started ! also inside the 14 units compound at daytime it was noisy as kids was screaming and playing at the swimming pool ! seems mostly families with small kids staying at regency court. now the smaller problems, the refrigerator had no light and some barrier was missing so we could not put bottles standing, very few kitchen utensils, cheap cutlery set, small toilet seats, small sinks in the toilet and bathroom, NO bidet showers, NO smart TV's, bad working remote controls, the wifi sometimes good but sometimes not, yellow/gold curtains in the bedroom so at 6.30 am it was daylight inside special both bedrooms were at the sunrise side, very old windows in the bedrooms who let the noise and bonfire smoke smell inside, the split aircon at the 1st.floor bedroom was not powerful ! almost everyday morning time a group of workers started to clean up the neighbour lot in front of our bedrooms, they played very loud music and burned wood and trash so the smoke came inside the bedrooms ! anyway its maybe a nice place to stay for people who get up early morning and don't care about noise.

Has a nice little pool, I like the furnitures except for some pretty daring artwork especially if you have kids. Bottom line is place is nice and the staff are friendly.

Gorgeous large split level condo's with its own pool and security. A pure gold mini mart and super cheap canteen across the road. Two minute walk to Kandi Towers and the gym.
