stars!! Ideal place to go for those who loves to eat authentic Japanese food. This is it!!! Legit and no MSG on their ramen. The salmon sashimi was sooooo creamy Love all those food we ordered here. No doubt!!! Authentic and so affordable price Japanese food. 100% Recommended place to dine-in. No. 1 Japanese cuisine in Pampanga City. Have been somewhere else too. Good day everyone! If you are looking for authentic Japanese food Nihon Machi is the place to be, my advice is to contact them first ahead of time so that they could prepare the food, because they are doing it from scratch (it’s all fresh). Also upon entering you will feel the warmth welcome of the owner, she always makes you feel at home entertaining us with her gorgeous smile. Out of all the places i have eaten Japanese food here in Pampanga, Nihon Machi serves the best ramen. I am not biased to say but their ramen is filled with love. With that i mean it is full of sumptuous meat and vegetables, also their soup is so so good! Till the last drop. A bonus is their ramen noodles is hand made that’s why it’s a must must try. I have also tried their maki which is heaven on earth the dressing is a chef’s kiss, we have also tried their gyoza and i must say the authenticity is superb i have never tried a gyoza like theirs so it is a must try also. In total i have enjoyed my dining experience at Nihon Machi. I will surely come back for more.

The most memorable local Japanese restaurant I've ever been to and for good reasons. The selections were great. Their ramen and tempura were enjoyable but I particularly enjoyed their salmon sashimi. I usually shy away from raw fish but theirs changed my mind. The chef was also kind enough to say hi and even joined us for pictures. Their place was easy to find. They have outdoor seating which is great given the covid scare. They also have convenient payment options like GCash if you're a fan of contactless payments like myself. Kamil, the hostess, was definitely one of the highlights of our visit. She was accommodating, gracious and hilarious. She made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our whole stay. 10/10 would recommend and would dine again.
