Worse car insurance company ever. I bought comprehensive car insurance with with BDO bank and found latter it was not with BDO. after a serious car accident I tried many calls and emails before finally getting a person assigned. The repair value came in more then 50% of the purchase value but the insurance company refused to pay out and rather fix. I asked numerous times to speak to a senior management but my calls, emails and visits to the office to complain but they still to this date will contact me to discuss a cash settlement. Don't make my mistake avoid FPG insurance.
