No one, no one and no one, can not sum up this company better, frequent cuts, their site which dates from 2014 has no online payment function, their invoices have no simple system to direct us to an online payment, even with paymaya or bdo impossible. But who manages this company is really a lousy manager, all he can do is send the invoices and cut the electricity after 2 months but does not give you any means of payment online. If you could fire the incapacitated people who run this company it will be fine. Shame on 2020 not having an online payment system, you suck.

Zero online presence. You have to actually pay your bill in person. What is this, 1980? My electric got cut for P1500 bill because I only go to my condo once or twice a month and only weekend. The office is not even open on weekend. What a disgrace for one of the larger electric company in the Philippines with zero way to pay bill online in 2019.

There is more brown outs black outs in Brgy. Cuayan and guess what they don't have a hotline you can call and they don't have any advisory either. The last post they have on their site is way back 2015. When you call the hotline posted on their site, you will be surprised that it is only for application. What kind of a provider is this!

Unapproachable and discourteous employees especially those in the counter. You can’t ask questions just pay them and give your money then leave. That’s the only thing they want.
