Not the best place to build a career. Salary for us programmers is okay, for the call center side not even competitive. Personal HMO is upon regularization (6 mos., no dental insurance) No HMO (health insurance) for immediate family. No shuttle service. No concrete incentive plan. Little chance for career growth. Philippine holidays (double pay) are being offset with Australian holidays (is this even legal?) Left for a better company.
