almost 1k yung water namin, ano to kuryente? i never heard an apartment unit na nasa 1k yung water bill in 1 month. wala nman kmeng pool dito and d sira mga tubo namin. d kme malakas gumamit pero 1k ang bill. wow.
This is the worst water district ever. Palaging walang tubig pero OA maningil! Kung may 0 lang or negative, yun ang ibibigay ko. People here have no sense of commitment and responsibility.
