The place seems to be fairly new and well built. Rooms have adequate beds (bunk beds) for about 30 to 50 people. There is a basketball ring for ballers and a "pinoy pool/billiard" table. There is also a videoke machine for unlimited singing. Be mindful of the time as neighbors will complain for noise late at night. The swimming pool is not big but good enough for some warm water dipping. There is a bbq griller and kitchen (w/ ref and stove) to cook and store your own meals. Recommended for team buildings or for a group of 30 or more. Ps. Bidet is high tech, like the ones they use in Japan
