My unit's been with them for almost 3 months now and they still haven't done a single thing. The unit is still with them btw. They didn't even want to accept my unit in the first place because the damage or problem should happen in their office, they're even making me look like a liar. So what I did was to use a bench test on my unit so that the problem would show up (the problem lies within the GPU), and so it did. When I asked them what they did to check on my unit, all they did was to put the unit on standby and run some videos. How are you supposed to tackle on the GPU problem when you're not using the GPU? They're using the integrated graphics the whole time. They have no idea on what they're doing. Add up all the time wasted on them it's about around at least 5months. Worst service center experience ever.
