My sister was looking for a laptop with particular specs within a certain price point. Given that this is a big purchase, it's only natural that my sister had numerous questions about a laptop that we saw with several tags attached to it. Someone did approach but she was too busy talking to her colleagues (loudly, might I add) that my sister had to shout and raise her hand (and arm) so high just to get her attention. My sister did this 3 times and so we gave up. They were so busy NOT doing their jobs, they actually missed a sale opportunity.
