Your 1 go stop for swimming and spa. :) Facilities are nice and in good condition. Staffs are friendly and the place is clean. There are a lot of people during fridays and weekends so it's advisable to go there in the morning or during weekdays. They have a restaurant inside too so you can eat before or after swimming. Food prices are reasonable. :)
Service should be more prompt and listen to the patrons of their establishment. Waiter was adequate, if not polite but I would have wanted a bit more attention from the service crew. But the spa was a delight, except for the no eating part within 4 hours of stay in the spa. I could have enjoyed it if rest and fortification was provided. Unfortunately, once you're out, you can't go back in again.
The place is great. So many spa treatments available, well worth the money. The toilets and locker amenities are very convenient, clean, and straightforward. Expect it to be a family-friendly place with many senior citizens and children. It is also highly advised for women to wear rash guards as some of the water jets have high pressure that can blow off your bikini. My friend almost lost hers.
We really enjoyed our time here.. Though its only good for 4 hours but its worth it and you will be relaxed by their massage pools. They have sauna, hot pool and we enjoyed jumping to the ice cold water.. It literally made my head freeze.. So cool experience here.. Must visit this place. But camera isa not allowed inside. So ypu can be creative on how to take pictures from the outsied since they have a clear glass where ypu can see what is inside.
Perfect for friends, families! Big groups.. the seniors found it very relaxing. We enjoy very much. Locker, cr, dressing very clean. Warm water.. nice staff and personnel.
We had a great ACE Water SPA Experience. Sulit. :) This is a must-try for people who wants to relax from city hustles. The rate was 600 pesos, good for 4 hours, but upon getting there we learned that 7 days before or after a birthday, the birthday celebrant could have it for free. On top of that, since we are 6 paying adults, they gave us free membership card and let us redeemed some of the perks which was on the card.. However, the lady at the admission explained it a little fast so we did not catch how we got the discounts. Swimming cap was provided, key for the locker. Note, bring your own towel and swimming attire. Yey! They also got sauna, hot/cold pool, steam room. Half of the Lap Pool however is being occupied by swimming lesson. :( The lazy river is my favorite tho, after exhausting work loads. :) We can't take pictures inside so we only had at the entrance. Then there's a near Jollibee for people saving for meals, tho ACE have their own restau there. Hahaha. Thank You to our Boss, Mam Mona for letting us experience this. Yiiiieeee. :*
The service is good. Although u need to wait in long que as it is summer time when we went there. The facility is well maintained. Cleanliness is good in the locker area. The pool facility and massage all are working, although when we got there it's little crowded and the water in the pool is average, maybe due to crowd. They have very strict policy on dress code. No underwear inside swimsuits. And u need to wear a swim wear as before u go to pool side, there will be some staff inspecting ur attire if it's appropriate, of not, they will require u to rent a swimwear or else not allowed inside the pool area.
