Technician insisted for evaporator replacement even though the leak can be fixed by soldering. The evaporator costs almost equal to a new 0.5hp aircon. I never contacted them again and looked for other aircon service.

The only problem is that, They're not paying attention when it comes to \Time\ schedule.

It seems that those that gave a 5 star rating have no comments , are they employees ? Those that gave low rating have real comments on service, this is a bad example for a company.

They said they’ll call in the morning of the repair of the water heater. They never did, so I followed up but still no idea when they’ll come. I might be waiting for the rest of my life if I were to depend on them. I advise you to find another service center.

Bad service. Workers are not trained properly. No answer to their phone. I just gave up. Looking for another service center that would provide better customer service

Called up last May 15 , 2017 to have our Panasonic inverter ref (14 cu ft) serviced. Lady by the name of JoAnn replied that closest date they could send a technician was May 19. Left with no choice, I agreed on the date and the diagnostic fee (Php 280). Fri came and no service tech came and it was noon time already so I called up Gain again. They assured me the service tech is coming within the day . Had to leave to run some errands and got back a little past 5Pm . That's when I learned that nobody came and we will possible have to spend the weekend with no ref (grrrrrrrr!) . This Panasonic authorized service center sucks big time! Do not ever ever make the mistake of engaging their services.
