We have a great experience in this place all people was friendly especially the management who assest us in their resort.
Stayed for one night, May 2018 Small resort with very affordable rates, accommodations are nipa huts Fan rooms except for one or two with air conditioning. You can bring food and cook without corkage fees, but there are charges for use of cookware and gas. Shared/common bathroom Owners run the place, and they can cook food for you with prior notice. Resort is located well inside a residential area. There's parking space inside the resort, but getting inside is the (very) hard part because the only access to/from main road is through a pathwalk/alley that's only about a foot wider than a car, so big SUVs might not be able to enter. A moderately-sized AUV can enter if the side mirrors are folded. The residents in the area are used to the situation though, and will help you to negotiate the alley.
