Long line even if you have baby on Fridays very slow service lines are long on Friday and water in subic is so expensive. Never go on a Friday.

This has to be the worst utility company anywhere. Unprofessional, poorly maintained, terrible customer service and no service (water) for weeks at a time. A utility in name only.
