This is a project of the Government of Vigan out from their PCF funds. Beautiful building for tourism purposes. This is where they house their ancient items of the past.
An excellent complex of facilities dedicated to heritage and run by the Local Government of Vigan. Houses museums and archives, together with learning areas..
the place is not open to the public yet. but it's something to look forward to. it will be an interactive museum that will showcase the culture of vigan.
Awesome, world class.
Though a lot is still to be done, the complex is a wonderful place to discover the rich history of Vigan.
