The hospital doesn’t have any basic hygiene materials like tissue,hand wash,hand sanitizer and etc. in the patients’ room though we opted for a private room and still there’s none! I was asking for suggestion box to give some suggestions and recommendation to help them improve. I should have not done that because they know better what are the critical protocols on how to control and manage the spread of infectious diseases. I encountered one of the doctors in this hospital. Her name is Dr. Lucman. I happened to ask her politely with utmost respect about the suggestion box in the information area. Our conversation went on the lack of suggestion box in their facility. When I’m about to walk away,because I couldn’t find any suggestion box ,I heard her saying” Cge,naa!???”She was so rude,unprofessional. I thought it is so unethical to become a medical practitioner behaving the way she did. Walay batasan nga doctor! Burag nakaminos og tawo! Hey! FYI! Respect anyone with dignity kung bisan kinsa or aha nimo makahalubilo ang tao. Especially with in the hospital premise. You spoke to the wrong person and your attitude and behavior shows your whole being. I’m not bragging myself but I am a head teacher and head of science sa usa ka British school sa Abu Dhabi. I was just so disappointed and in complete shock to have such an encounter with a Filipino doctor.
