I can't recommend this hospital ...its unsafe to be admitted here.. they wont entertain you even though your the patieant is in critical .. unless you pay all laboratories needed .. doctors couldn't even rounds everyday just to check the patient .. patient bill must not exceed 20k everyday so if your bill exceed your oblige to pay immediately

The service and care of this hospital is worst from the worst. This only shows how unsafe being admitted here. I strongly advice, DO NOT LET YOUR LOVE ONES STAY IN THIS HOSPITAL. There were no sense of urgency from the nurses as well as the doctors. Hence, the insurance credit has reached the limit during the admission, they does not allow us to do things for the patient even how urgent the investigations, such blood test or x rays because we need to pay upfront/cash. They called it \case locked\. This really frustrates me, how could they stop providing a care for a very sick patient (intubated patient) because we do not have any cash on hand, take note, it was in the middle of the night, which bank is open at 12mn? That means, they only based the care via \FUNDS\ of their own patients. The patient needs an urgent dialysis and was already stabilized to do so, but we need to wait for the next day to insert a port site for dialysis. The patient is fighting for the life she wants while waiting with all the URGENT TREATMENT, getting more complications which is PREVENTABLE. Although, the dialysis port was already available the next hurddle is not doing the URGENT DIALYSIS. Because of some PROTOCOL due to the covid situation. I understand, but does this hospital have another option for a cases with URGENT AND IMMEDIATE care? We are paying in this private hospital with this kind of service is not worth it. Even ROD's unable to relay any x ray results to a relative EXCEPT for the ordering consultant. It was claimed that they need to send via VIBER the initial picture about the x ray films. Why can't the ROD called immediately the Consultant since the patient is already sick so that they can relay the result to the relative who are worried about the patient. How can we trust such a healthcare institution like this?
Worst hospital ever! My father died because of the doctors and nurses here! They don’t care about the health of their patients. All they want is money! Please do not come to this hospital.
My father was confined here for almost 2 days and nothing much was done for his condition. No one even touched him to see what was happening. They just gave him medicine and hoped for the best which we could've done in the comforts of our home. When he voiced his concern about the reaction he's having with a medicine that the doctor has changed, doc said it's allergy but didn't change it. When papa reiterated that he's not comfortable taking the medicine given its effects and feeling that his condition is worsening rather than healing, doctor said just continue with the medicine, as it's ormal.\ We asked to be discharged then and there. Nurses doesn't seem to care about the urgency and worry that we were feeling. The doctor who attended to us was extremely hard to reach and barely shows concern to the patient - he was reachable to some degree sure, but he says one thing but does differently. Made us wait a whole day but in the end didn't show up. No sense of urgency or care here, you wouldn't know when you'll get treated properly. Doctor's fee was rated at 2k, visited just once. Just gave out prescriptions. What a joke. The entire bill went to almost 9k, not including medicines bought outside the hospital, and that's just for 2D1N.
My husband went to this hospital because he felt dizzines, pain in his neck and there is something in his eyes ( shadow) and yes they threated him. It was ok. My husband wanted to check his eyes and they recommended Dr. Wayan. ( opthalmologist) They said that we will come tommorow bec. this Dr. Wayan is there 10 am-12 nn and 2.30-4.30pm. We went there 10.30 because we wanted to be maybe the first in line, yes we came først and the secretary said that he will be in the hospital 11.30 eventhough his work time is 10???? We waited for him. My husband went in and out just to ask is this Dr. should really come? We waited almost 2 hours? And he didnt show up. The secretary told us that he is on his Way. I heard that this Dr. will come 1 o’clock? I Said what??? We decided to just walk away and go home. It is not worth it to come in this kind of hospital. There is a lot of patient waiting but this Doctors, they dont care!! Sorry to say this. There toilet is disgusting and there E.R is dirty.
I find it somehow accommodating because when my grandmother was confined in that hospital, the nurses and the doctors, same through with the support staff, were so kind and courteous. The services are just quite expensive and pricy but the quality speaks for itself. Anyways, gotta recommend this still to others who are looking for somewhat quality hospitals around eastern Pangasinan.
My grandfather passed away because of the people here. All they want is money. Truly uneducated nurses and doctors. Wrongly diagnosed my grandfather. Despite the pain he was in they had no sense of urgency to help him. After 2 weeks of no improvement we decided to go to a different hospital where they properly cared for my grandfather but it was already too late. The doctors at Sacred Heart said nothing was wrong with him and took blood samples incorrectly (through his bicep) and gave him an IV (through his foot! Big toe to be exact). Of course the tests came back negative. They DO not have a CT scan either. Medical equipment was not up to date. He was in pain but said nothing was wrong. The other hospital diagnosed that he has sepsis and was having a mild stroke and if we wouldve came sooner they couldve saved him. OVERALL: Dont risk your life here! Terrible place to come to. The health of their patients do not come first here.
Doctor Obay's secretary was very unprofessional. She keeps stating that she feels sleepy and tired while we were trying to have a professional conversation. She won't commit to her appointments which caused us to wait for two hours outside of the clinic.
