There are 6 elevators in the building but only 3, sometimes 4 of them are functioning. Security guards are friendly and accomodating. There are convenient stores and fast food restaurants around the corner. They also have parking lots inside and outside the building.

Tycoon Center is a relatively old building along Pearl Drive, Ortigas CBD that is lined with fast food restaurants, shops and other facilities, and also houses some corporate offices. It's a convenient go-to place for on-the-go people who want to grab a quick meal, either eat-in or to-go, as it offers quite a wide array of food selection - McDonald's, Yellow Cab, KFC, Jollibee & Buddy's to name some. Pro Tip: Though there's a lot of food options to choose from, you might want to reconsider buying on rush hours since it is surrounded by corporate offices, hotels, condos & one of the country's premiere universities (though the school is currently closed due to the pandemic). You definitely don't want to get yourself caught in long queues waiting for your turn to order right? So my advise is, head there 30 minutes to 1 hour past rush hours on breakfast and lunch time. Some fast food restaurants are also open 24/7. Restaurants do not have parking and drive-thru order counters but don't worry because despite the lack of it, some of them stationed their crew outside the store to assist drive-thru customers. Pay parking are available in both sides and across Tycoon Center especially for those who are banking with Landbank which is newly transferred to the building (previously located at Meralco Ave.). Tough times require tough measures so make sure to follow these measures which establishments at Tycoon Center implement: 1. No Face Mask, No Face Shield, No Entry 2. Temperature reading before entry 3. Accomplish Health Declaration/Check List through either QR Code or printed form Further, establishments reduced their seating capacity as part of effort to prevent spread of Corona virus and it is also advised to limit your stay inside their premises to accommodate other customers.
