Quality of the goods are alright, but the main issue is that they falsely advertise and have placed false claims on their websites as to the delivery and lead time. 1. they mention that if the desired specs for the shirt is not available, the lead time is 10 days and it is stated that there is NO MINIMUM ORDER. This wasn't true because even their CSR is unaware of how long it will take 2. CSR in charge of our account made us pay in full before even sample was produced. We complied with the guidelines, but they can't even keep their promise to deliver on the said dates. 3. Sales staff in main office is very unprofessional and very very hard to contact. It was the Salesperson who told us that we would receive the items on the said date. However, we have to keep following up EVERY DAY and it's so hard to contact them. We have to call every available number we find just to be able to speak to someone. 4. Sales staff is unaware of production lead time. She kept making promises that it would be delivered on a certain date and time but when you follow up, she will make up excuses about how it's not done because of other items being processed 5. Sales person in charge of our account LIED to me about the sample we received. I had someone pick up the sample. They gave only 1 of the 3 we were supposed to receive. When I called her, she told me that she didn't know production only release 1 of the 3, but when I asked who the sample was picked up from, our personnel advised me it was the sales person herself who handed the sample. BLATANT LIES! Transfer it, you have very incompetent staff who like to make false promises. Don't advertise things that are inaccurate especially on your website because we based our orders off the claims written on your site.
Overall experience was great. The people on the phone are easy to work with and very nice.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !!! They'll just take your money without delivering anything. Orders was made April 26th with express delivery on May 1st (3 working days). Since order was paid I haven't been contacted for any delays in order. VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE and SERBICE!!! Their phone numbers doesn't answer at all - I've been queueing hours and trying to get somebody on the line without success. Hopefully PayPal will be able to get my money back from these cheaters.
