I was booked on the 11 am RORO to San Carlos and Fastcat said to be there by 9 am. Since it was my first time to take a RORO, I got there at 7 am just to be sure. The port personnel rushed my Beetle and said I could still make the 7 am boat that was about to leave. But I was hungry and not in a hurry so I stayed and did everything as slowly as I possibly could. This is a well-organized port. Port workers are knowledgeable and helpful. I finished all my formalities in less than 15 minutes then had breakfast at Jollibee, which is right across the street from McDonald's. Fast food freaks, worry not! You are covered.

Ferry is nor going because of "bad weather" sea is perfectly still. Nobody knows anything.
