We visit there in december 2018, and spend a lot of time the to explore the public seaworld area. It is a ... must see ... for tourists. Friendly staff and to pay is just in a tip jar.

SEAFDEC AQD reminds me of a big university campus with a lot of trees and shade, and quiet old buildings. The people there were very kind and hospitable. It gives me that old country life vibe and the sea was wonderful. I had a great time walking around the beach, and there were lots of diatoms!
