My husband and i lost a day of work because of the lack of update from you guys... I had yo call around 11pm and we were advised that your technicians could not finish the job in the area to fix the equipment yesterday i mean come on, i reported the issue 5pm yesterday, what could possibly caused the issue that would last this long? And i asked to get an update and they aknowledge via txt to give us an update but did not receive any. This is just bad service.

WORST WIFI service EVER. after many reports all they can give is less 1mpbs to an upgraded account that supposedly 10mbps. I gave up now. They can never give a good service. When they fixed it, it will go up to 3mbps then hours later back to 1. Such a joke!
Paying 1500 a month for 0.90 mbps. Total Scam
i love it and it's so easy to find the place you want to find
subscribed to 2mbs and were only getting 0.25mbps connection. worst customer service as well. money rip off
