Service department (mechanic) took 4-5 hours to change oil only! Having an appointment or not it’s useless here. Which in other dealerships it would only take them 30mins. Also I ordered an accessories and they said it would take 5-10 business days And it’s been month now, and they still haven’t got my order. Lastly I bought a brand new car here and GPS navi is not working. I couldn’t believe myself that they would sell and release a car to people without inspecting the unit. Most people here doesn’t give a thing with their job!

Very efficient and friendly staff both the sales team and after sales team. Lounge/waiting areas are well ventilated and are guests friendly with TV, magazines and coffee available.
