Worst experience ever, just stay away. Rude, no manners, trying to rip you off explains the situation quite well. Despite their nice promises even here in Google Maps, the turnaround time is NOT 48h, but 3-4 days. If you tell them, they try to charge you double for "express" which is actually the standard promised 48h service. Absolutely ridiculous, such behavior should not be awarded with any business!

I'm very happy with their laundry service! They doesn't mix clothes with their other clients during wash and compared to other laundry that i've tried, I can feel that our clothes and linens are really clean. The smell is nice and not toxic for my nose. The lead time is just a little long sometimes took around 3 days but it's fine with me as long as my laundry is clean and folded properly. Will call again for pick-up.

Im really dissapointed they switch my laundry with other's and lost laundry. They don't know there fault then blame on guest everthing.
If there was another laundry place in my area i would choose that.. Even if I had to pay higher. They lost several of my clothes and they deny it. It happened to me more than 3 times. They will not even replace the item, all they would do is give you a discount on your next batch which does not even amount to 1% of the price you paid for the lost item. They delivered clothes that werent even mine.. Shirts, pants and even underwear!
