Great experience with the doctors, but Service from the cashiers and staff handling the phone lines is definitely lacking. I have observed during my several visits (peak and non-peak hours) , that long wait times are caused by the cashiers slowly processing the billing statement, even if the pet is already out and the total amount has been computed. Waited for only the cashiers - 40 & 30min just to swipe my card on 2 instances. The cashiers don't update you on what is happening nor do they inform you how much longer you need to wait.

Very accomodating staff (receptionist, guards, handlers, veterinary doctors, etc). The photos taken were during the MECQ period. Clean and spacious facility

I am adding more stars from my previous review since I still have to bring the dogs here for vaccination. I recommend Dr Ana as she was very attentive and takes time to talk to the owner (through phone for social distancing). Just try to check your dogs before oaying so you dont get surprised with anything. This goes for all vet clinic anyway. Vets In Practice improved since our last visit and I still recommend them as it is easy to park beside the vicinity and have your pets walk when you have extra time. Last review: I brought my 3 dogs here and the only thing I cant complain about is parking. You wait a very long time since their scheduling is all over the place. I found out my 2 dogs had their claws stuck in their skin! The whole time they didnt feel good and thats why I brought them to the vet only to find out there's nothing wrong with them. You wonder what kind of check up they do to your pets when they can't even check their nails. It's visible and there's no need for any lab test! My other dog just came from deworming and after a day, hes itchy again. Very disappointed! (Ps photos are after I cut it and last photo is from Google and how it looked like!)

You as a pet owner not allowed to go inside with your pet!! 12 people waiting outside, with or for their pets. In front of us couples where the dog get vaccinated, but the owner only wanted the dog checked up. That happens when people, that you do not know, not knowing your dog. just pick him and your not allowed to go inside. It's like a car repair service. If they would tell me this before, I would not make the way to that place. Absolutely not acceptable for pet lovers.

My dog died here so It was not my most favorite place however, the service is great, the vets are symphatetic and good. Price is not cheap but reasonable for the service that they have provided.

The aftercare is excellent. After the spaying, the pet in question chewed her sutures open. VIP resutured the incision for free.

The exotic pet for rabbit is very caring. He is also able to share the same experience as he also has a rabbit as a pet.

Been taking my dogs in Fort VIP for couple of yrs now and I am grateful for the doctors and staff who really do their best to help with my dogs’ health condition. If you are taking you furbabies to this hospital, just be sure to check and be aware of the costings esp if your furbaby needs to undergo a procedure. Check and recheck what was done and what meds were given. In my experience, they overcharged my bill not once, not twice, 3 times of some meds that were not really administered. This is just for 1 bill when my dog had to stay for 23 hours for a procedure. Months prior to this, I bought a supplement for my other dog and they charged me 3,000 pesos. Luckily, I am aware that the product is not that expensive and even the guard agreed with me that it is quite expensive and took the initiative to check back with the cashier 2 times! And on the 3rd check, it was only 500 pesos (if I remember the figures right, but it was really a huge difference!) My lapse is, I never checked, I just pay, because I trusted the facility. Now, since I don’t know any other animal facility who is as equipped and has better vets, I just have to be more cautious and be more aware of what they are charging me.
