After reading and reviewing the majority of the reviews indicate more of a down side of living here. Unfriendly guards and harrassment to children even pushing and shoving small children, adults and seniors verbally abused with bad talk behind there backs to other Tennants. Talk from to many of tennants comparing the residence to a elevated prison??? Insane. I would question this if I heard this from maybe one possibly two reviews but several upon several, somethings wrong with this place, there are just to many people to count saying the same things about this place. After careful consideration I have decided to find a different property to reside. None of the 2 Serendra's properties they own would interest me. There are just to many people that wish they would not have chosen to reside here.
From outside look like paradise. In fact, this is \fine\ place. Everything fine you to grab your money. Many inhuman rules. You live there just like a high-class prison with no freedom at all. Robotic staffs only answer \good morning\, \sorry\ and \don't know\. Concierge services is worse in the world. Every where will security guards just mark at you like watch dogs. If you are criminal, maybe you will use to it.
Good guard for their duty
If you like living under authoritarian rule and being stressed out because you're being constantly watched or harassed, you'll love it here! Two Serendra is a beautiful prison. It has a great location, excellent facilities and lovely gardens. But man oh man. Look but do not touch! The rules and regulations are beyond anything I have ever endured. I have appeared in the office many times shaking with rage. They allow dogs and children to live here but they watch your every move. Do not let them breathe, or move a muscle, otherwise you'll get a citation. They have inane rules like: no candles on the balcony (even though you are outside with the lit candles); luggage trolly is only for luggage, and god forbid you put other heavy stuff on it; carts cannot be crossed over the bridge; and tutors who are not residents cannot accompany children in the (abysmal) game room. I have only been here for 6 months and I am ready to leave! My landlord is awesome, but APMC has literally driven me insane. (I have to take medication for the anxiety caused by this place!) DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR FREEDOM!!!
Nice pools, convenient near to Market Market, Aura Mall just across the street and banks have their branch on the other street. The problem there is no air exhaust for underground parking. Fans just circulate all the fumes/exhaust from cars. The air quality in underground parking is too bad. It also affect inside the unit that every day you wipe off the floor it's black sooth that you should not walk barefoot.

Ambiance of the park inside is really good. Much like you're not living in the city. But layouts of the units could have been better. Some of the units are not maintained properly. Guards are very friendly. Gyms and pools are accessible.
