I was able to do a walk-in purchase on a weekday, around lunchtime. I had a very pleasant experience with the staff. Not only was I able to cop the last pair of an exclusive sneaker, the staff was also very accommodating, including their security guard. Will definitely come back whenever my wallet allows me to do so :D

I had an absurd experience today. Date: January 12, 2021 pm19:0020:00 The place is Titan Flagship I was going to buy clothing at that store They were selling for a higher price than the regular price. Applicable product part number : cu4699-063 product name : Nike x Fear of God Top I know that the product is sold at the Nike list price of 2100-2200 pesos. But on the Titan Flagship, the cashier asked me 5400 pesos. So I came out without buying I wasted my precious time and was very unpleasant Is your store a resell shop? Please give a quick answer and take care of this situation. Otherwise, we will file a formal complaint with Nike headquarters.
The place where high snobbery is the atmosphere. Their crew don’t have the friendly vibe & would treat you as a customer once you have the cash to burn. They don’t know what an Air Dior was when I asked them if they sell. How amateurish on shoe knowledge. They only sell current shoes and no rare shoes. Mediocre wanna be high end shoe store

A friend of mine told me to visit this place , I rather not to say any name but long story short I called them several time and they keep on saying they are full , today I was in fort area call them several time nobody answered the phone . Since I was close I decided to walk in . They did not mind me at all . The staff were as cold as stone . Maybe they are nice to you if they know you already or if your famous. Let's put it this way I will never go there again * I did some research about this place and I think their main business is on selling good quality shoes rather than being a barber shop.
Just bought an Air Jordan 1 today and the staff are very accommodating. I was just a bit awkward at first because it was my first time to visit their store and I didn't know that I have to go through the barber shop before proceeding to the shoes section (didn't do my research). Good thing a guy just came in and disappeared into the store, so I was able to check and see that the actual store is really inside. They only have 3 staff so you need to wait for them to finish assisting those ahead of you. It's not that they don't care about your presence, you just have to be patient.

Titan's management should do a surprise check at their store. Someone at that store is messing with clients' credit cards. My credit card got compromised after using it at their store. I always use my CC for stores that I always go to and I didn't have any issues for years until I used it for the first time at Titan. Someone used my CC details to 4 consecutive transactions on a food delivery app. The thing is my CVV is covered with a sticker so nobody can see it unless a skimming device was used to copy my details. I've read a review that her CC got compromised after using it at Titan too. Just use cash if you are going to buy at this store.
