It's an open parking, just a few spots with little shade. Their rate is okay if you don't need to park for more than 3 hours, and it's definitely not meant for office employees.

Open 24 hours, with ample number of parking slots. The negative side though is that your car will be exposed to the weather plus the occasional reflection of glass from the adjacent building will help toast your car; so better choose a nicer spot, as the parking lot is really spacious.

These people try to charge drivers for parking even if there's no spaces available. Be careful of this scam. If you exceed your \grace\ period due to waiting in a long line at the exit they'll try to charge you for parking that you never received.
Good rate, 50 first 3 hours then 50 more for the succeeding hours. Plus, plenty of space for parking even on a sunday afternoon.
